Thanks for sharing this informative post. Antioxidants are really good for the body. Besides eating healthy, I think it is also important to live healthy by keeping our body active. This can be done by doing different types of exercises such as, going to the gym, joining a women dance fitness program (Dance a GoGo Burlesques , jazzercize aerobic etc.) going to the gym, yoga etc.
I have heard that chocolate covered almonds are some of the best snack foods one can eat. The chocolate is an antioxident and the almonds make you feel full. In the end helps you eat less cause you feel full. Plus they taste awesome!
